Checkout Currency

With the platform's built-in checkout page, all orders are processed in the store's default currency (Thai Baht / THB). The content of your shopping cart or product prices may be reflected in a different currency, which are indications of the value in that currency, though checkout currency will be reflected in THB at the most current exchange rate.

Shipping Fees

The shipping cost will be automated when customer plug-in shipping address. Cost for shipping will charged according to the

  1. Weight of the total products
  2. Location of the delivery address

Customer must be aware of their shipping destination countries’ import tax and tariff policy. BRUSHWORK will not be responsible for additional taxes surcharges from the shipment.

Delivery Time

  • Thailand: 2-3 business days after order is shipped
  • Asia: 10-15 business days after order is shipped
  • The rest of the world: 15-25 days after order is shipped

If you have not received your order within the timeframe stated above, please contact: contact@brushworkcosmetics.com with your order number. Our team will assist in tracking and following up on your shipment.

Postal Service

All our postal service are carried out by Thailand Post (or similar).

Order Tracking

Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. Shipment can be tracked at http://track.thailandpost.co.th/tracking/default.aspx?lang=en

Payment Method

Customer can enjoy a safe and secure payment method via Paypal.

Return Policy

At the moment BRUSHWORK has no return policy; however, we compensate full store credit only to customer with faulty products. By claiming store credit, customer must provide sufficient evidence of defect causing from original shipment location or during shipping within 7 days of receiving the product(s) by sending it to our e-mail at contact@brushworkcosmetics.com.
